Please be wary of emails that are impersonating the Fountain platform. You will not receive a legitimate email from Fountain asking for your credentials or asking you to set up your security questions. You should never enter your Fountain credentials on any site outside of your standard fountain.com login page.

The ex-fountain[.]com domain has also been sending phishing emails recently, misrepresenting Fountain. This domain does not represent Fountain in any way.
